Post treatment soothing and calming sensitive skin face mask – The active ingredient contained in the soothing calming post treatment face mask act in synergy to soothe, decongest and re-epithelialize in the safest, fastest and most effective way the skins previously subjected to peeling treatment (such as the Glycolic acid, the Derma Purifying Peeling, the Derma Whitening Peeling and the Derma Hydrating Peeling), needling and laser treatments.
The soothing face mask Derma-Regen post treatment mask for sensitive skin contains active ingredients such as:
- Aloe vera (* from organic farming): with a decongestant, soothing effect;
- Tetrapeptide-14: is one of the most powerful peptides with a soothing and anti-reddening action that reduces the action of pro-inflammatory substances;
- Rooibos: also known as Red Tea. Thanks to its high Aspalatine content, it has an anti-aging, anti-reddening action. Helps to rebalance the natural pH of the skin. Particularly suitable for sensitive skin, prone to redness and to counteract damage caused by the sun and free radicals;
- Green tea extract: consisting mainly of polyphenols and xanthine bases (theophylline). Polyphenols, among which catechins prevail, are responsible for the strong antioxidant property of the phytocomplex which results in a protective action at the microcirculation level and anti-free radicals;
- Boswellia Serrata Extract: rich in terpene derivatives and boswellic acids. These perform an excellent anti-inflammatory activity and are able to inhibit the 5-lipoxygenase enzyme responsible for the production of leukotrienes and cytokines, involved in inflammatory processes. In addition to their important soothing activity, boswellic acids stimulate the fibroblasts of the dermis and inhibit elastase, an enzyme capable of degrading elastic fibers;
